How does sizing run?
Our pieces are designed to fit true to size with a sculpting, supportive feel. The fabric offers stretch while maintaining structure. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, you may consider sizing up. Please refer to our size guide for detailed measurements before ordering.
Are the pieces true to size?
Yes, we recommend ordering your usual size. If you’re between sizes, consider how you prefer your pieces to fit. Size down for a more compressive, sculpted feel or size up for added comfort.
Are the leggings squat-proof?
Yes! Our fabrics are selected and tested for opacity and coverage so you can move confidently without worrying about sheerness.
Do the fabrics stretch?
Yes. Our materials are designed to stretch, support, and move with your body while maintaining their shape over time.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does processing take?
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging included.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or damage will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for sizing, subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, you may choose to receive store credit instead. Exchange items must meet all return eligibility requirements.
Are sale items final sale?
Yes. All sale items, promotional items, and discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who covers return shipping?
We offer complimentary return shipping on eligible U.S. returns for the first return per order. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, a prepaid return label will be provided via email.
Items must meet all return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and returned with original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these standards will not qualify for complimentary return shipping.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs fees or duties.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Orders
Do you have a physical store?
Not at the moment! MAREI is an online-only brand, which allows us to focus on quality and limited-run collections. To be the first to know about any pop-ups, special events, or new releases, follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our email list.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within a short window after purchase. Please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MAREI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Product Care
How should I care for my MAREI pieces?
To maintain quality and longevity, machine wash cold with like colors. Turn garments inside out and avoid washing with rough materials like towels or denim.
Can I tumble dry?
We recommend air drying your pieces. High heat can damage stretch fibers and reduce the lifespan of the fabric.
How do I maintain the fabric’s shape and feel?
Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Proper care will help preserve stretch, structure, and color over time.

Select styles may restock, but not all pieces are guaranteed to return. We recommend purchasing while available.
